Three arrested for refusing to join Sudanese army
Three people were arrested by security and central reserve forces on Tuesday in Eyal Amin, North Darfur.
Witnesses told Radio Dabanga forces arrived in the area at 1800 and arrested a graduates named as Al Fadil Siddiq, a teacher Mahado Ab Bakr Kharif and businessman Suleiman Ahmed Karam Din.
They believe the arrests happened as a result of the reluctance of citizens to attend a speech by the commissioner of Atwaisha locality; mobilising residents to fight in South Kordofan.
